Micromanaging, no raises, doctors do what they want to do with no accountability, no formal training, KPIs all over the place.

Decent, clean facilities. But that’s it

Cons

Be ware; if you leave, there will be a very large bill for Extended Insurance Coverage (Tail insurance). They only cover your malpractice insurance while employed. You pay for future claims and cover the company as well. No support, no marketing, lots of promises and poor management.
