Pros

I've grown in so many ways here. The atmosphere is great; the people are great. The management is supportive and understanding. I've learned so much; new technology, how to lead, and confidence in my abilities just to name a few.

Cons

It can be stressful work, but it's rewarding.

Pros

Not only is Rural Sourcing a great place to work with great benefits but also having a purpose behind what you do really helps make each day that much more rewarding. We are adding jobs to areas otherwise hurt by the downturn in the economy and where IT jobs never existed in the past. Being a member of the Rural Sourcing team is like being part of a family. I love coming to work each day and being around my co-workers. It is a very positive and uplifting environment here.

Cons

I can't really think of any cons at this time. A con to our industry is just letting more people know we exist and are able to compete with our offshore counterparts.

RSI is a great place to work

Pros

I would recommend RSI to anyone. Everyone on the RSI team works really hard to complete projects and knowledge is shared freely. RSI offers a great benefits package and the hours are wonderful.

Cons

We have very close working quarters, but it ends up being great to work collaboratively.
