I enjoyed my team as a DON. The ability to work cohesively with other departments to ensure that the residents were taken care of was wonderful

Cons

Management is not allowed to make mistakes. 1 mistake and you are given a final warning!

The company offers large sign on bonuses. The care staff gets amazingly compensated for their hard work. Resident Caretakers start at $19.50 and you are certified to pass medications starting pay is $22.50

Cons

Census is low at the moment but will pick up
