Pros

At any senior living building, pros are always the residents. Had a great team and leadership to start - worked for nearly 6 years at this company - when senior leaders started turning over like crazy it fundamentally changed.

Cons

Toxic senior management. Fundamental shift from a core-value driven, caring company to soulless, punitive leadership.

Pros

Pro's were the clients/residents. The pay for directors was fair

Cons

Greedy owners, Directors and Regionals who only care about their paychecks. They do not care about you, they want to make you think that they are a liberal company but they're all about who they are friends with. They do not listen to directors who have been working in their fields for years, they do not know better. They have a turn over rate of employees that is astronomical. I saw three Executive directors in a span of 11 months. They are full of excuses. The Sales director cannot sell apartments and does not know how to show that the apartment itself is the amenity. Excuses upon excuses as to why they do not have a proper budget in place for the residents. They do not listen nor do they are about what their residents want. They try to rule through Narcissistic tactics, Blame shifting, gas lighting and triangulation. They use fear as their sword to keep you stressed. And quite frankly I am not about that. I was an E and P director and I have 30 plus years of experience and there was a time in which I ruled the social scene of Austin Texas and I will not be told any different by anyone. I am a professional who always understands that your client is right and you don't get a vote. This is one company that is not worth you losing sleep over and trust me, you will lose sleep.
