management and teams genuinely support and want people to be successful.

Cons

the "growing pains" of the division have been going on for 2 years and there doesnt seem to be any improvement. The same areas of the company that needed change and help 2, 3 and 4 years ago are the same that are causing all the pains now, and there doesnt seem to be anyone doing anything about it
