Pros

Positive, fun, and engaging don't even begin to scratch the surface when describing the environment at Stanley Martin. Each employee is welcoming, positive, and genuine -- all the while keeping in mind a shared goal for excellence as the company grows and prospers. Whether it be the sales teams out in the field, or other corporate employees at the Reston office, anyone would be lucky to work with such fine individuals.

Cons

We work during some government holidays, but are given many other perks to make up for that - so there are virtually zero cons!
