Great Place to Work with Lots of Growth Opportunity

Pros

The company is quickly growing and so there is plenty of opportunity to professionally grow as well. You don't feel like you are lost in the shuffle or that your opinion and input isn't heard or taken into consideration. Management is supportive of personal growth as well and contributing towards your own certifications and/or other interests that help you expand your skills in the professional space. There are a lot of moving parts at all times so it is an exciting place to work if you don't want to be bored in your career. The company is also family friendly and there has been a lot of support given to working parents.

Cons

Because the company is rapidly expanding there has been a learning curve on shifting and adjusting current processes and practices to evolve and be more efficient. The good news is there is acknowledgement of this and action put into place to correct this.
