Pros

There is a Bonus system You get PTO Time You will learn about Medical Billing

Cons

Poor communication with management. Your job can change drastically and without warning. The environment is very discouraging. There is very little room for advancement. Mandatory 2 nights a week and 4 hours on Saturday. They gain accounts but then lose them just as fast. Or they just break up your dept for no apparent reason and give all your work to somebody else.

Pros

My manager is great at exposing me to new projects and duties that increase my skill set.

Cons

Non-collection employees are rarely recognized or praised for their work. Communication is a dead lock. Sometimes seems like you need an army to get any issues resolved. There are a lot of people who seem to have no idea what they are doing. Not sure why managers do not require them to have additional training or change their job duties after multiple complaints have been voiced. Gets to the point where it's like, does my voice really matter?
