Stoel Rives is an excellent place to work as a summer associate. You get to do real work and everyone is really friendly

Pros

Competitive benefits, and gorgeous offices. Well known in the state, and an excellent workplace to build experience, and resume.

Cons

As with most law firms, change is slow, and processes are outdated. Many departments have no idea what the others do, and all need their hand held. While many attorneys are great and easy to work with, some are among the most entitled people you will ever come across.
