Literally none. Decent people is about all I can come up with

Worst talent level I've ever seen. To call people stupid is an understatement. Management has had no real corporate experience; all they know is publicly administered healthcare, which is incredibly nonsensical. They don't get metrics, data, leadership, communication. None of them.

Deceitful management. Cronyism. Backstabbers who think they will go somewhere in this company by setting others up for failure. They claim to be the biggest insurance company but most of their members have not received packets with information they are supposed to receive and most do not know who their physician is. Most of their members do not speak English!

What do you get when you have a bunch of nurses running a business? Crap. That's what you get. It starts at the top and goes all the way down. From HR VP checking scruff app during work to completely unqualified people being promoted to Senior Director because their uncle is a big-wig at corporate. Friends promote friends. Zero business knowledge. Zero leadership. Zero personal development. This company is the absolute worst place I have ever worked....by far. Stay away.
