Pros

Working from home as others stated is the only perk. But in 2020+ that isnt exactly a unique perk anymore.

Cons

Dealing with morons who yell at you for their own fault of renting junk equipment Dealing with people who dont understand how to do anything dealing with SDC management apparently forced sales (it wasnt a requirement when i was there, but was in progress of being one) The forced overtime . I'm not responsible if anyone that is currently working does this and gets fired but back when i was working if you signed up and didnt work the hours nothing really happened. Its your computer but they install spyware on your PC and limits what sofware you're allowed on your own PC. The RST trainers are horrible (I had one fired during my class ) Management/supervisors dont pay attention back when i sent in my email that i was quitting I was still getting team notes etc and asked for my input. I could list more but this will turn into a novel.

Pros

Work from home, work with great people.

Cons

Company started to downsize in the time I worked there, they started with providing support to both English and Spanish calls for Comcast, as well as taking calls from West Division, Central and NorthEast. SDC lost contracts with West Division, Central and also Spanish calls, which only left them with North East Division, and from the looks of it they were not sure what direction to take, Started forcing for Sales and the company felt as they did not know what direction to take.
