Thank you for your feedback, it is important for continuous improvement. As an organization we work closely with our clients and our employees when setting goals, all of which are attainable and met by the majority of employees. We have a very healthy pay for performance bonus program. While our roles do change over the years, we provide paid training and we state in our handbook that duties may change due to changes in processes.

Pros

WfH is nice, coworkers and supervisors in two departments have been excellent without exception, the work can be interesting, depending on line of business, pay-for-performance bonuses are pretty well structured (reasonable targets, decent payouts). If you have thick skin, empathy, patience, at least decent technical understanding of your position, and good search skills, the work itself is pleasant as far as phone-based technical support.

Cons

Persistent tool problems, especially if they deal with a tenant’s tools, can be extremely difficult to get resolved or adequately addressed. Getting supervisor support in some departments can be extremely difficult. Low pay, most of my pay bumps have come from state minimum wage increases. Alternating periods of mandatory overtime and mandatory unpaid time off can be frustrating (I understand that call volume/demand for agents fluctuates, but I feel like there should be a better way to account for it that doesn’t impact the agent so much). Benefits are mostly poor, no 401k matching at all, options for health insurance are largely unaffordable on the wages paid.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate all of the feedback we receive, and do share this feedback with our partners regarding tools and systems. We understand the challenges of a flexible schedule, and we make sure we share this information in the hiring process, as our business structure relies on a flexible workforce. We have several benefit offerings, that provide coverage based on what the employee and their family may need. All of our plans are robust, but we do agree they can be costly given today's healthcare costs. We continue to share this cost with our employees, with SDC taking on the larger portion of the premium costs. We are very proud of our PTO and FH program, as a new hourly employee you will earn 12 paid days to use as you feel necessary within the first year of employment. This is very generous against our competitors. Again, thank you for your feedback, continuous improvement is our goal.
