there are not five words that describe pros of this company. sorry

Cons

manditory ot with no notice, change schedules with no notice, managers eavsdrop and monitor everything you do. working with comcast in general is a terrible experience. they label a tech job, but this is basically a sales position where pushing cc products is more important than fixing any issue. look at their stock, that tells the only story you need to know

Pros

-Paid Training -Great Resources and proprietary software with plenty of support -Awesome Co-Workers -Lots of employees so your not over whelmed with calls

Cons

-Low pay but for WAH it compares -Hours I received are non-negotiable, work weekends and possible late night shifts -Management has daily if not weekly changed policies -As with all customer service jobs(angry customers)

-Work at home, save on gas and time to commute -Great Paid training and Trainers -Great Software -Paid Time Off and Floating Holidays -Decent salary to start with Benifits

Cons

I really can't state any cons as of yet. I guess the rapid changes can be cons if you are not up for rolling with the punches.
