Pros

At home environment. You get Benefits and they put in a good bit. Training environment is good.

Cons

This company asks for a lot and the pay is not good for what they want.

Pros

Work from home so there's no commute time. Little supervision. As long as your log in on time, and log off on time, they pretty much leave you alone.

Cons

Minimum wage job. Can get super busy. Non-stop back to back calls. As soon as you hang up, the phone picks up again. You have to deal with elderly tech illiterate people. Or rude, angry people. I got fired for hanging up on a customer that was yelling at me. They rejected my unemployment claim, so I was not able to claim unemployment benefits after working for them for 2 years. Exploited my labor and kicked me to the curb when it suited them.
