Pros
Working from home? But a lot of companies do this now...
Cons
When I had my interview the question they asked made it seem like they were hiring "tech professionals" and this is not the case...I am a certified technicians in many areas and the people that were hired with me couldn't even upgrade their computer...why are we making the same pay? Why make the interview process seem different even though you guys ultimately hire any and everybody. Training is such a joke. The trainers are unprepared and scattered. The micro management is ridiculous and unesccsary. The attendance policy is just outrageous. You cant miss ANY TIME at all. Somebody dies? You are sick? To bad because you will get fired. Internet stops working for reasons beyond your control? Dosent matter to them at all. And you want to know what makes it even crazier? A manager has had multiple issues with their internet that has caused them to be absence FOR HOURS so why haven't they been fired?? Plus the company we work for provides internet service, and even if you had theirs and it messes up (with it being the companies fault) you still will be fired. Pay is so laughable, and its even worse when you see all the things you have to do when you first start.
