Pros

- Work from home - Good health benefits

Cons

- Pay is sub par and DO NOT expect raises....this company does NOT offer raises at all in spite of their incessant promises to do so once the company is profitable (which it is) - Dirty business practices with some tenants that pose ethical problems to those with ethics standards - No understanding at all if your life does not align with the schedule that you get stuck with - Unfair shift bid process that favors metrics over everything even when you get thrown from one tenant to another and have no stable metrics because of it - Don't get sick or you might get fired and NOBODY will call and tell you - Very poor training offered even when you are forced to go to a new tenant doing completely different things - Headsets are the only thing they pay for and provide, but if something happens to yours it is your fault and you are not allowed to work - Outsourcing more and more of the work to India...

Pros

Work from home Don't spend money on gas

Cons

You won't actually be working for Support.com - They contract you out to a major ISP for internet support. Terrible management Mandatory overtime with threat of termination Don't care about your personal schedule NO way to move up in the company - all posted offerings are a lateral move. AKA: More work, same pay. No raises EVER Only bonus ever received was a one-time $200 bonus that, after tax, was $131.

Pros

Tax Write-Offs for working at home Benefits

Cons

Just posting again... as a response to the witty reply from a person that rated this company "5 stars" and said that I must have been fired. I left my review in October 2011 -- and I'm seeing quite the trend of other people feeling the same way I did about this company. That blows your theory that I was some hack that was fired and was bitter... now doesn't it? Two years ago I called this place a horrible work environment, and so many others have chimed in saying the same. I'm still in contact with a few of my ex-coworkers who are now long distance friends. I am in a way, a hero to them for leaving the sinking ship with my dignity and sanity intact.
