      OK place to work for a few years

      Pros

      Great benefits and pay with a flexible work from home policy. Good work-life balance, almost no evening or weekend work and a great place to coast in your career for a few years.

      Cons

      Morale is low on many teams, frequent turnover in key positions and general lack of direction from senior leadership. Middle management is inexperienced with minimal leadership training/skills. Operates like a utility company, slow and steady, not a lot of excitement. Senior positions are filled from the outside resulting in limited opportunities to grow your career.

      Pros

      There was an excellent work environment, everyone was dedicated to their work and trying to do their part to improve the company. Healthcare IT can be a very complex field but they are supportive to their new hires and clients in helping them along the way.

      Pros

      I work with people who are passionate about healthcare and the impact our company can make. The pay is competitive and the benefits are nice. The company invests in its people and is open to listening to how to better improve how business is done.

      Cons

      Given the type of work that we do, and our ownership structure, we are generally a risk-adverse company.
