Pros

They pay on time, nice co-workers who want to get out faster than they can say teleperformance

Cons

All companies are expected to care about their business and prioritize it, but Teleperformance is the first one I have seen that puts all their efforts on making their employees miserable Do not do it to your career, you are a valuable person that can do better. Do not trust the positive reviews here, they were written by the HR dept in desperation

We are sorry to hear that you felt that way. We see to it our employees are treated well and listened to while adhering to the standard rules and regulations set by the company. This is to ensure standards are met, sensitive data are protected and excellent customer service is provided. We are sorry you expected something different but we wish you all the best for the future!

Pros

-they pay on time (though payments are uneven because they pay on the 7th and 22nd of each month) -co workers are nice people looking to make some money while they get ready for their real career

Cons

BEWARE, if you come to Teleperformance you will be monitored like a prisoner 24/7, no cellphone, no email, no news site, no notepad, no google, no snacks, no chit chatting, no bags, no sweaters, no coffee... they want a robot who asks no questions and is ready to be at the same position with no advancement ever. They actually have security guards that take rounds checking you while working, this is the less friendly environment to work ever, how can we want to improve and do a better job under this constant state of SURVEILLANCE AND INTIMIDATION. REMEMBER, Teleperformance wants to have you on the same spot, so do not be fooled by their promises, they will do all possible to keep you at the same level. Sites like Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, Glassdoor, etc are all blocked. This is a perfect part time job while studying or doing co-op, DO NOT think it will launch your career. Employers will NOT LIKE to see Teleperformance on your resume. -bureaucracy at its maximum -prison mentality -micromanagement to the last details -no opportunity to grow -little pay for overworked people -zero attention to the employees needs -little vacation time, inhumanly impossible to book -Family days? Sick Days? Holidays? forget about them

Pros

If you work for the Sharepoint or Office 365 accounts, it's a great place to get entry level experience. Met a ton of great people there. Depending on the time of the year and how many people are employed there, there's a good chance you'll have a selection of schedules. They do their best to work around outside life (kids, school, etc).

Cons

For the first year, you get no paid time off. Raises are an embarrassing 50 cents/yr. Environment in and around the offices are not very professional. This place has very little to no employee loyalty benefits.
