- Flexible working available and accommodating to disabilities - Made lots of friends - Employee support

Cons

- Different pay dependant on campaign - I Moved campaigns 5 times - Not much TL assistance at weekends depending on role / campaign - Not much progression for me - Not transparent with company changes - Training links not sent to me on training day, Can't access some systems though I have asked multiple times for them, Some in house systems are un-useable

Pros

Work from home, great support amongst colleagues, and even though one works from home they do not feel alone as there are various support tools enabling us to link up with our colleagues virtually. Most days time flies so quickly during a shift because no two days are the same, the challenges from the customers keeps one on their toes and mostly the gratitude after sorting out a customer’s query makes one feel like a superstar(this is all made possible by the support that Teleperformance awards it’s employs), great family to be a part of.
