Cons

Depending on clients, support isn't always there. Working holidays and weekends. Not able to be off two consecutive days in a row

The hiring process is quick and easy . The training is informative and easy. The pay is 12.50 . The trainers are nice.

Cons

Bad management . Tier two have nasty attitudes . They just throw you into nesting. They switch your supervisor 5 times without you knowing . They don’t accept doctors notes . If you’re put on tech leave you’re not getting paid .
