Pros

The comfort of working from home

Cons

Training is more like an overview of what you will be doing, not actual training on the the programs you will need to do you the job. I didn't get access to 2 main programs until one day before going into production, I only had one day to learn to navigate them. Constant problems with computer connections, calling ASD (Tech Support) where you're on hold 20 minutes before anyone is able to help you. But most of all pay issues, I was scheduled for 3 days of VTO (voluntary time off) and not paid for them, even with 60 hours accrued. Still haven't got an answer from my TL (three weeks) and she will NOT tell me who I can speak to other than her about this.

Pros

You can work from home, I did at home and on site. Training on site is VERY good. 6 weeks long. Working from home was nice.

Cons

The at home training is awful, I worked for two projects for at home and it was terrible. The Workbooth program you use to access your "office" was buggy and constantly having issues. At home it was hard getting answers to questions. For both at home and on site, the selection process is severely lacking, they hire anyone who can pass the tests, some of which clearly shouldn't have been there. On site my biggest complaint were there were a large amount of cliques within management, and if you were not in the "inner circle" there wasn't any room to grow.

We're glad you liked working from home! With regards to the system and screening process, I'll be sure to forward this to management so we could do something about it. Thanks for the review!
