Pros

Work from home, direct deposit, and paid full time training.

Cons

They can and will reschedule your hours but not tell you. I have had my schedule changed several times when it was just something else the day before. They give you the illusion that you are going to be full time when in reality you are part time or just someone on standby in case it gets to be too many calls in queue.

I'm sorry your experience at TeleTech felt that way. We definitely value each and every employee. Because of the nature of work we're in, some changes can be abrupt and we really just need to adapt to it. But I understand your concern and changes in time should have been communicated earlier. Pros

Good organization skills in management. I felt the company was equal to structure found in brick and mortar call centers. Supervisors on an average had 20 years call center experience.

Cons

Pay was not always accurate. Sometimes we were no paid what we had earned. It was difficult to navigate to responsible party.

Pros

Pay is great Training is a good length and very informative All company programs are easy to use Coworkers are helpful

Cons

Not enough manager support when a customer is adamant about speaking to a manager. My customer waited over 40 minutes to speak to a manager without being able to. I was not getting a response from my chat support.
