Pros

There's not any, only except that you will get paid.

Cons

1. Training is Awful. I remember just sitting there and feeling the negative energy of the female trainer explaining everything to us but not absorbing the information fully because she~as the trainer is not really trying to train you well. In truth, there're not really trying to make you good at your job. You're just there until they don't need you anymore and hopefully in their eyes.... you fall off before then because they don't want to pay anybody unemployment. Trust me, I would know. The calls are back to back and even though they can slow down the queue of calls coming through like a tsunami...they won't. They'll speed up the calls and you'll end up not able to take any calls anymore because it'll just be too stressful. Yes, I did get paid but how long will you be able to make that check before you fall down and crash due to a mental breakdown. Oh God, and don't expect sympathy or relief from your supervisors....there're evil just as well. There're in on the con game going on at teletech. You see, I never quit my job...They fired me due to a schedule battle but I refused to quit. After they fired me, I went to file for my unemployment benefits. Of course they denied me at first but when I had to go to my unemployment appeals case and prove my story, I WON THE CASE. The story is long and maybe one day I'll write a book about it but I won my unemployment appeals case against these evil people.

Pros

Great company to start off working from home... Pay is so-so, but beats going out in the snow, paying for gas and having to buy "office attire"

Cons

Training.. They train you on how to use their systems, but nothing about the client that you are going to be doing customer service for. If it is a company you are not familiar with, it turns into sink or swim come nesting and production days.... Tech issues and tech support are a nightmare

Thanks for the feedback! We're glad you liked the benefits of working from home for TeleTech. We're sorry you felt the training lacked and that system issues support was hard. We're definitely looking into it and will invest in upgrading the system. We've also taken note of your comment about the lack of training when it comes to client profile. Thank you once again and good luck on your future career!
