Pros

I've been employed full time here a little over a year. It's a group of really smart, nice and dedicated people. Most people really believe in the mission of the company - helping Taskers earn a good income by helping their neighbors. I feel challenged in my role and like the ability to make an impact. The leadership team is not perfect but they are genuine and transparent which I personally value.

Cons

The physical office space is subpar. I don't need to work somewhere fancy but the heat doesn't even work.

We strive to be transparent and hope that everyone utilizes our executive office hours and anonymous Q&A at all hands. We understand the office space has had its issues at times but since hiring an awesome facilities manager we hope that you see continued improvements to the workspace. TaskRabbit is a family environment - everyone truly cares about each other, and we work so well cross-functionally. The office culture is incredibly positive - everyone is encouraged to share ideas, be their own person, and innovate. Benefits are also amazing!!

- So many interesting problems to work on Client and Tasker side - Lots of opportunity to learn and grow in your craft - Incredible access to data to inform decisions - Everyone is extremely passionate and is awesome at what they do (and very collaborative) - Awesome executive team who is very open and transparent - Amazing perks and benefits, lots of fun events, TaskRabbit really makes sure that you're happy to be there - Very cozy office

Cons

- Can be cliquey sometimes - Lots of pressure due to increasing competition
