It takes a while to get jobs at first when you have no reviews. The support is crap when it comes to issues that arise, they just say that they are escalating the issue and they will get back to you but they never do. Also the algorithm can be unpredictable and one week you'll be fully booked and the next week you will have only a couple of jobs for no obvious reason. Also if you take a vacation of more than a week you will fall down the rankings and when you get back you wont be getting many jobs for a few weeks until you climb back up the ranks. The more jobs you do the more jobs you get, but you have to be constantly working to stay at the top of the search results.

No real improvement in the product. No one actually listens to their customers. Forced in-person "connection" is a waste of time. SLT members are full of ego and provide no real direction, but love showing off when they gather together to eat expensive meals and have fun playing games.
