Pros
I love the engagement from start of my application up to my current post. I appreciate recruitment team equipping their applicants for the role and providing them with the company's great profile , mission and vision. Engagement activities are consistent and we ensure that we promote health and work life balance for employees up to managerial level. There are lesser traffic congestions going to the office. Bringing the BPO industry closer to local residents.
Cons
Currently on a new site. I am sure that our execs are working on the facilities from car parking to elevator availability. Still appreciate the benefits of using the stairs for daily exercise.
