Frontliners are given more favors. It creates imbalance on the part of the leaders.

Cons

Company is investing more on company branding and less on talent development. Salary is noy competitive. With extreme ownership culture, leaders are expected to do more with minimal support. Leaders are compromised by putting excessive attention on the frontliners.
