Fair benefits with flexibility in elevated roles (less so for support agents); Mostly fair scheduling in elevated roles; higher wage than some lower-tier market competitors though still being outpaced by competition locally; diverse set of individuals and personalities working here

Cons

Poor upper management; unresponsive regional HR department (that all simultaneously quit); Wages are lower than local competitors; Benefits inflexible for support roles and teams are volun-told that it isn't a good idea if they use their accrued leave hours; IT/workforce/Payroll ticketing is not streamlined; turnover is growing; Cliqueish among mid-tier management; some management reporting to superiors in Philippines; Health Insurance is decreasing in quality. All these issues have led to declines in internal company employee satisfaction surveys.

- During the interview process, HR promised my team $3000 to $5000 in benefits but these were cancelled. No one was notified. - Every week is filled with 2-3 hours of required, and generally useless, meetings that have nothing to do with the actual job. - HR promised to be flexible on the number of hours worked as long as we get the work done, but then demanded that we track all 40 hours. (Micromanagement?) - Onboarding is largely irrelevant. (Trainer is actually quite good, but the content is irrelevant). - Way too many irrelevant emails. - Systems and processes change all the time and it's very confusing.
