Pros

Stay as far away from this company as you can. They don't care about their employees AT ALL. Forced me to move to a new location over an hour away. They completely switched my schedule to overnights with no weekends off. I could only visit my sick mother on weekends. Told them this, along with turning in ADA disability for my anxiety, and they still refused to do anything to help. Now my mother has died and I barely got to see her in her last month. TaskUs gave me three days to grieve. Coworker put in her 2 weeks because she couldn't handle the commute to the different location. They fired her the same day. So she filed for unemployment, and TaskUs tried prevent her from getting unemployment, by leaving her on the schedule and saying she didn't show up her last 2 weeks. My other coworker was just fired and they paid her $7.25/hr for her last paycheck. Other friends struggled to recieve their last paychecks, after being laid off. Some didn't recieve their severance pay when they were suppose to, leaving them with no way to pay their bills. This company will screw you over in the end! STAY AWAY!

Cons

Don't care about their employees. Incompent TL's, OM's, and HR Department.

Pros

There is a lot of really cool and talented people that are willing to help you out when you need it.

Cons

They don't pay you for your worth and throw extra work on you that is not in your job description because they don't want to pay anyone for it. They question when teammates take time off, even when they say they don't want to prevent you from taking time off. They don't take into consideration the teammates personal lives getting to them and expect them to focus on work even with a families death on their mind. They pressure teammates into working overtime when they choose to understaff in order to save money. The "merit raises" are less than desirable on a good day and don't even happen fairly across the board. After having worked here for almost 3 years, I can say that my growth is stunted and I have not been compensated for the work I have done for the company.

Pros

The attempt to make it appear that it is a progressive community company. The front door greeters are cordial and are indeed grateful to have the position. Upper management is willing to speak with the employee,

Cons

On boarding staff will lie to get you to accept the position, for example, your shift when hired will not change. Although there are lot of community events, the invitations tend to occur during your normal shift hours and the likelihood of participation is minimal. Upper management will meet with the Employee, however, you are just given lip service, cause there is no apparent attempt to progressively change. Human Resources like at most Corporate companies are clueless on how to help and just follow an SLA for quick closure of open cases. I asked three question in an HR ticket, they answered one and closed the ticket.
