Wouldn’t recommend for long term.
Pros
Paid breaks, 1hr lunch, paid birthday leave, PTO/UTO, health insurance.
Cons
Stayed for a year, with no incentive, no bonuses, and they also never last with any clients. They don’t fight to keep their contracts open, majority of these clients constantly back out early in their contracts. Taskus prefers to employ people in the Philippines and Mexico due to”cheap labor” and cut most of the workers in the US. They will give you almost little to no notice. The company clearly doesn’t care, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The trainings are the worst, they don’t offer great incentives, lack of transparency from what I was told from a recruiter they offered pay raises when I discussed about my 1year there, I was told they didn’t even offer it especially with business costs. Which why even be in business and open a center if you’re not going to recognize those that meet metrics, and KPI’s. This company is the definition of disappointment!!!
