-Thorough training -Kind management and employees -Employer benefits

Cons

-Lies from the start -Extremely low pay -Provides snacks and sugary drinks as compensation instead of actual money -Promotes give aways of TVs/laptops/random electronics as prizes instead of money -Goals are extremely high and you are not just responsible for your own sales, but the members of your own team -You are told to reach goals, and your manager will tell you that parts of your goal are just not attainable, and that’s just the way it is -Management is so overwhelmed that they can not handle the amount of agents they have to take care of, so don’t expect any actual coaching

Good perks and great benefits, awesome people to work with. Managers are easy to get along with. Regular performance reviews and pay raises.

Cons

The commission is caped and the base pay is low compared to competitors. Some managers like to micro-manage and there is clear favoritism.
