Pros

Colleagues in the business were supportive and I made some great friends.

Cons

The culture became toxic, and Management did not value the people in the business who made it successful. I worked in a remote region and felt out of sight, out of mind alot. There were some poor recruitment and career succession decisions made by Management which will more than likely impact the success of the business moving forward.
