Good group, sometimes fun place, lots of training and knowledge on the job is invaluable

Cons

Two faced, cut throat, toxic management. They act like they care but there's always secrets and motives. Make sure to ask your peers if you don't know something. Have as little touch with management as possible. Keep your head down and you'll enjoy it pretty well.

Management could care less about you, you’re a number. Make a few small mistakes and you’re out. Does not matter how much you care and try, if you’re not “consistent enough” for them you’re gone.
