An extreme lack of hiring and position budgets create a difficult path to improve career internally. - Upper management disconnected with Employees and reasonable expectations. (Like most Corporate Companies) - Work/Life balance is non-existent, if you have a somewhat important job role, you will be expected to work constantly, and if you don't, you may get the feeling that your job is in jeopardy. - Pay is terrible, probably one of the lowest paying organizations in the Tampa Bay Area. Most salaries are 1.5-2X at other companies for the same job.

No possibility to negotiate your salary at first. Have to wait at least a year to change your position and get a better salary than you had.
