Publicly traded company so management pretends to care about you but then blames 'shareholders' and higher ups on anything negative Highly dependent on which team you work for within company Lots of bureaucratic red tape 9 hour shift with 1 hour mandatory lunch HR pretends to be your friend but the moment management wants to investigate you HR personal turn into interrogators Really hard to get someone fired based on performance "Diversity & Inclusion" is drilled down your throat to the point where it hinders company culture

The only thing positive is that it was a job.

Cons

The company atmosphere is great to start out, but they will work you to death and not even compensate you for it. Worst health insurance that I have ever had with an employer by far.
