Pros
- Potential for growth in multiple directions are available through multiple avenues like job shadowing but generally based on how much you push yourself. - Stability of the company provides a sense of comfort. - You can earn privileges that afford a healthy work/life balance. - There are some really great people that work here. You'll meet interesting and good people here.
Cons
- Individuals can be silo'd which isn't always a con, but it can make one feel less connected to the organization. - Some teams can become "clicky" in a very high school manner which is odd for grown adults. It's best to either fit in where you can or move to another team. - Base level benefits could be better but they're also affordable.
