Cons
Racists and always threatening to fire and talking Indian all the time everywhere especially in front of locals.You will be expected to work during vacation will get emails on weekends also.Saying hybrid but expected all the time.Most people past retirement age with no management training.

- Good work life balance. No OT obligations unless there is really a need. - Good working culture. Ground staffs are friendly, helpful and everyone work towards the same goal.
Cons
- Low bonus and increment - Management is quite disconnected with the ground team. - Might be difficult to adapt to middle level roles. Have be very proactive, independent and resourceful to source for solutions.
