My experience as a Regional Manager at Tend has been incredibly dynamic and rewarding. The organization truly prioritizes culture. There is a genuine emphasis on collaboration, inclusivity, and supporting one another across studios and markets. Leadership is accessible and encourages feedback, which creates an environment where ideas can be shared and implemented quickly. Tend does a great job of empowering leaders to take ownership of their markets while still providing the tools and support needed to succeed. The teams on the ground are passionate, and there’s a shared commitment to delivering a high quality member experience. It’s rewarding to be part of an organization that is actively trying to modernize dentistry and elevate both the member and employee experience. Tend is an excellent place for leaders who thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment and want to make a meaningful impact. The experience builds resilience, sharpens operational expertise, and offers a unique opportunity to grow within a mission driven organization.

busy and well organized work day, great team members that are always ready to help and support each other, plenty of opportunities for learning new skills and growth in my career, high quality care for patients with most updated technology, beautiful office space with high quality equipment, specialists available in office for collaboration
