Some coworkers I met created life long friendships

This company has significantly deviated from its original mission of reimagining dentistry and has instead become overwhelmingly revenue driven, often at the expense of its employees. Expectations are excessive, with staff routinely pushed beyond reasonable limits. Workplace accommodations are denied when they are perceived to interfere with financial goals, raising serious concerns about employee support and compliance. Managers in patient facing environments are given minimal guidance or resources during new rollouts, yet are held fully accountable for outcomes. While the company may offer valuable experience for those early in their careers, advancement into management comes with the loss of any meaningful work life balance. Employees should expect to be contacted during PTO and sick leave, with little regard for personal boundaries or well-being. Overall, leadership demonstrates a consistent lack of concern for employee health, sustainability, and long term retention.

Good place to start

Stable hours, benefits, good team to work with, managers are usually helpful

Cons

Assisted hygiene with no pay increase! No work life balance. Very early start hours 630AM or very late start hours 12PM. You have to work every other Saturday!
