They're all about looking nice and good on the outside but rotten inside!

Cons

Extremely disrespectful management, they treat employees condescendingly and are awfully rude!! Working at this company felt like a terrible mistake and should've avoided it!!

Pros

Strong mission and brand that is working to modernize dentistry. The executive team is engaged and present in the studios and through town halls. There seems to be genuine caring for employees and patients. I like that there are clinical leaders on the executive team.

Cons

There has been a lot of change recently with a new CEO and some management changes. I believe most of these are for the better and it has not disrupted the business.
