Pros

Benefits, wage, new technology, sharp instruments

Cons

Lots of work. For a new pt you get 1 hour- you have to take fmx, pano if they have 3rds, perio chart, ocs with velscope, intraoral photos, check up and prophy. When patients hear they can’t get prophy they get upset. Each patient (new or returning) reviews you. They are very particular patients. Assistants don’t want to help. Hours are 6:30-3 for morning shift, 12-8:30 for pm shift, 7:30-5 for Saturday shift. You’re always at work or commuting from work. Saturday are so long. You get Sunday off and then you back here Monday 6:30 am.

Great concept, horrible execution

Pros

Up to date dental technology, several beautiful offices to work from, millennial-centric vision, team-focused work environments

Cons

Poor management, incredibly poor compensation for administrative staff, terrible PTO policy/accrual, and general lack of business acumen and communication skills from leadership

Employee feedback is extremely valuable to us as it is the main mechanism for us to continue to evolve and provide the best employee experience while meeting the needs of our members. In 2023, we will be launching changes to our PTO policy to support the feedback & suggestions provided by our team members in the quarterly feedback surveys. Amazing tend

Pros

The best reason to work at tend is there are multiple dentist and all the equipment are great

Cons

The downside is that the dental assistant are for themselves.they pretend they will help you only when it's convenience for them.
