Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Feedback from our team members is extremely important to us and essential in helping us continue to improve employee experiences. We are thankful that you had learning opportunities, enjoyed the studio aesthetic, and saw value in our benefit offerings. Our goal is to create a positive working environment for our team, while also providing access to care for our members during times that are more convenient based on all different work and life schedules. We will continue to examine the optimal schedule for our team members through our quarterly engagement survey results and continue to develop as a growing organization. We are always looking to improve our team members’ & members’ experience and maximize Tend as an employer and dentist of choice. Those improvements do bring on changes, and we do our best to effectively communicate why we are making changes and how they will impact the team and our members.
