We strive to create a positive & flexible working environment for all of our team members in the hub and studios. Hub team members do have a flexible & hybrid work schedule that meets the needs of our various roles. Our teams highlight that the best part about working at Tend is working with caring, respectful, and knowledgeable people. Managing teams of people is a rewarding & challenging endeavor, and we are proud of our managers for taking on this important responsibility. To ensure our managers are leading with Tend’s values & objectives, we have ongoing leadership training and development for hub and studio leaders. We have many tenured team members throughout our different roles, and continue to engage our teams through organizational programs to increase retention.
