- new equipment - clean studios - provide and launder scrubs

Cons

- all parking costs are not covered - no part time benefits - slow to replaced needed equipment due to cost - can look at metrics more than member experience at times

We do strive to have a safe and high-quality working environment with top-notch technology, clean studios, and great perks like laundered scrubs, so thank you for pointing those pros out. We offer a very competitive total rewards program to all full-time and part-time team members. We started offering part-time healthcare & financial benefits in May 2023, plus we have always offered paid sick time off and 401k employer match to our part-time team members. Parking paid by Tend is a benefit in certain markets given our locations and commuting demographics. We appreciate your feedback on equipment, and we do strive to have safe & effective equipment at all times for our teams. We empower our studio leadership - Studio Managers and Lead Dental Assistants, Hygienists, and Dentists to order & inventory for their studios. Member experience is a high priority metric, and so is our team member engagement & satisfaction, high-quality clinical care, and team member development. We provide our Hygienists with a total compensation package that meets different needs, including company-sponsored healthcare, 401k with generous company match, emergency child care, provided & laundered scrubs, top-notch technology, quality learning & development - especially for new graduate hygienists, and of course, competitive base pay & monthly bonus. You and our other hygienists and all clinicians provide clinical excellence to our members, so thank you for your expertise and treating our members so well. We want our members to have the best experience at the dentist, and this does include a specific member journey and workflow for all clinical & non-clinical roles in the studio. We are always open to feedback on this workflow for your role, and have started to implement practices across our studios that bring in more Dental Assistant partners to the Hygiene workflow..
