Thank you for sharing your feedback and experience at Tend. Our people are our greatest asset, and it is great you have discovered that the team dynamic is extremely important to us at Tend. We promote an inclusive work environment led by our great Studio Managers and championed by the DE&I Committee. It is important people feel seen, heard, and have the space to make change. We have a competitive total rewards package, where team members can access financial, physical, and mental health. Our Tend locations are in core urban markets to serve a large member care base, so traffic and parking can be challenging. We are lucky that these larger cities often have numerous modes of transportation, and we provide commuter and transit benefits in all of our markets.
