Terrible HR and leadership

Pros

As they had planned to do something different in the dental industry, I was attracted to the opportunity and this company.

Cons

The HR and management were awful. Basically, there was no one to turn to when you were frustrated. The pay was also poor, and the moody upper management made decisions without consulting with or informing anyone. It was ridiculous, as it added to the pressure and stress an employee had to endure.
