Pros

Benefits, competitive bonus system, great and thorough training program for upper management to know every position in the restaurant. Honestly an all around great place to work for passionate people. Great culture and community and the CEO Kent Taylor is the chillest dude. This company treats it's management staff and employees really well.

Cons

Sometimes you get scheduled 6 days a week because of being short-staffed. Turnover is high if you don't treat your people right.

Pros

Great tip$! Great food and good management make earning tips fun and relatively easy. The server selling incentive games are fun team building additions!

Cons

Long hours on your feet, don't get outside much.

Pros

The money is pretty good. When you start out and for a while after that, you only are given 3 tables at a time. The training is very organized and detailed so you feel confident when put on your own.

Cons

When you're new, you are given tasks such as just running food and rolling silverware which means you only get $7.25 an hour
