      Pros

      From the hours to the pay to the travel options, employees are treated well. The sheer amount of flexibility given to us is unlike anything I’ve experienced working for any other employer. The employees are fantastic. The management are fantastic. Everything about this job is fantastic!

      Cons

      Walmart employees don’t make our jobs easy.

      I have worked on 3 different programs since being here. They reward hard work and executing on the asks which are actually pretty simple!

      There is always pressure to sell, that pressure can be intense. Managers are always on us to perform

      Pros

      Management leaves you alone if your doing your job which is a plus! Managers give you great training, and always encourage growth. Also a lot of opportunity to move up in the company. Jedediah is a great manager.

      Cons

      Commision is not the best, nor the pay for the hourly pay for this type of work. The pay is good considering what wage is set per state.
