Managers have favorites which caused unfairness

I can’t say there are any.

Poor communication from higher ups in the company, keeps secrets, tries to push older employees out the door, have seen some employees let go due to health, coincidentally add more work to store managers to get them out and hire someone new.

Poor compensation structure Unrealistic goals

Managers get schedules wrong frequently, long hours, standing almost all day, difficult customer base

Managers are greedy only care for nothing but sales can say that because every single one of them think you can sell the amount of phones they want meaning their quota but fail to realize that some locations are completely irrelevant to meeting their standards and remain to be lazy when most times they show out and act like they can sell by talking to there customers like they are golden customer service when all they do is call you and complain and threaten you that if quota is not met that they have to give you training that feels like a warning and threaten to fire you until you quit basically if standards are not met this is a good TEMPORARY JOB! not permanent so much favoritism in this job they legit hired a market lead that couldn't even meet his quota each month remains lazy and fails to sell anything since the position was obtained

Full of drama. Doesn’t know how to run a business. Micro management, Two faced managers and co workers. Will not get hours promised.

Absolutely nothing. I love working here.

They move you around a lot from program to program and it is very inconsistent.
