I love my manager! He’s one of the best guys you’ll ever meet! I feel like he genuinely cares about my personal career goals and wants what’s best for me. I’m already on track to establish a solid career in the company and I owe it all to him!

I started at T-ROC right out of college. I didn’t really know what I wanted to do, but they saw something and took a chance on me. The starting pay was higher than I ever could have expected considering I’d just graduated, the commission was incredible, and the benefits were excellent. The managers really took me in and taught me everything they could about how to be a successful salesman. By the time I left, I was actually the one training the newbies in sales techniques. I’m now working at my dream company and I don’t think I would have been able to get this job without all of the skills I learned at T-ROC. They really help you grow and become the best version of yourself.

I’ve worked at several different locations, and every store has a great environment that makes you feel comfortable and part of the team. Collaboration is encouraged and managers work hard to ensure that everyone’s needs are taken care of. The company does a great job training their managers so that they know what to prioritize, they have great conflict management skills, and they remain calm in stressful situations. The training for all the employees is great in general, and everyone knows what needs to be done and how to do it quickly and efficiently.
